FAIRYTALE TOWER
This is a 8 tier that holds upto 65 small cheesecakes with a larger one on top that can be a gateau or cheesecake.
In this photo the larger cake is a white chocolate buttercream with fresh strawberry layers,
For an added touch the gateau it is covered in white fondant icing
5 TIER PRINCESS TOWER
This tower will hold 34 small cheesecake and a larger cheesecakeon top, or 38 small cheesecake.
The cost is around £140 with small cheesecakes or £155 with a larger one on top.
I can also put a gateaux on top which is very good for the cutting the cake photo.
PROFITEROLE TOWER
This 5 tier stand will hold around 100 profiteroles. It is decorated with
spun sugar with flakes of edible gold.
The profiteroles are filled with
a butterscotch filling or our standard cream , the topping is a couvature chocolate eather dark, milk or white chocolate. The cost of this tower is £100, and the stand rental is £30 which is returnable

These stand can have cheesecake or gateaux on or a mixture, the size if the cakes are 12", 9", 8", and 7".
The cost of this depends on what cakes are order for example a only cheesecake is £160, or only gateaux £210.
